Enjoy a unique SUP experience in Sorrento, as you’re guided through a world of sea and history to the famous Baths of Queen Giovanna.A 2-hour sunset excursion in the company of an expert guide.
From Marina Grande, along the coast towards the Tonnara, amidst crystal-clear waters and spectacular cliffs.
You’ll reach a natural pool nestled amongst Roman ruins, where the sea takes on the colours of the sunset.
What we will do
We’ll meet 20 minutes before departure at the meeting point in Sorrento (NA). Our guide will be there to accompany us throughout the tour.
After a brief initial briefing, we will be provided with all the necessary equipment, including a waterproof bag to protect our personal belongings.
We will then begin our paddle along the Tonnara area. We will travel along a stretch of sea of about 2 km, with views illuminated by the colours of the sunset.
We will then arrive at the Bagni della Regina Giovanna, a natural pool nestled amongst the ruins of an ancient Roman villa dating from 41–54 AD. Here we will stop for about 20–25 minutes to swim in the crystal-clear waters and explore the area.
Finally, we will resume our route to return to the starting point. The activity will last a total of approximately 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for everyone aged 5 and over. Children must be accompanied by an adult. It is also suitable for those trying stand-up paddleboarding for the first time.
To take part in the activity, you must be able to swim and weigh no more than 130 kg.
Other information
The activity runs from March to October.
The centre has 22 SUP boards, each of which can carry just one person.
Dogs are allowed on the experience.
The meeting point is accessible by public transport; paid parking is available on site.
Personal belongings can be stored in a locked changing room or kept in a waterproof bag provided by the organisers.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
