Alegendary adventure: no, we are not exaggerating.
At Chia, a guided SUP tour awaits you, which, paddle after paddle, will take you to discover the remains of theancient Phoenician city of Bithia, as well as hidden coves and ancient watchtowers .
All this in just 2½ hours, thanks to our guide's in-depth knowledge of the area!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Chia, a hamlet in the municipality of Domus de Maria (CA), where our guide will welcome us.
Once all the participants have gathered, we will receive the necessaryequipment to carry out the activity, i.e. SUP, paddle and waterproof bag. This will be followed by a brief explanation on land to learn how to paddle, after which we will be ready to leave.
We will start our journey from Su Portu beach to reach the majestic Torre di Chia, a historic bastion that dominates the landscape of the area. We will then continue paddling along the coast in search of the remains of theancient Phoenician city of Bithia.
The route will continue towards a more indented stretch of coastline, discovering hidden coves and solitary bays, accessible only by sea, where we can stop for a refreshing swim.
Afterwards, we will return to our starting point, skirting the Torre di Chia once again. The tour will last about two and a half hours in total .
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from 5 years of age. Children aged 5 to 10 years participate free of charge on board a SUP with an adult.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult during the activity; for children under the age of 18, a signed authorisation is sufficient.
A maximum weight of 120 kg, good mobility and physical fitness are required.
It is not necessary to know how to swim to participate and the organiser can provide a life jacket if required.
Other information
The activity takes place from April to October, depending on weather and sea conditions, and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Thestart time of the activity will be confirmed the day before departure, depending on weather and sea conditions.
There are no changing rooms on site. We recommend arriving with your swimming costume already on.
During the excursion, a waterproof bag is provided for storing personal items, which can also be left in a van parked near the meeting point.
Dogs are not allowed during the activity.
There is a pay car park on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
