We welcome you to the Apulian version of Indiana Jones... but in costume and on a SUP board!
Among mysterious caves and hidden beaches, you'll follow the trail of the legendary Atlantis colony along the Monopoli coastline.
In this 2-hour adventure, a guide will lead you on SUP between symbols carved into the rock and stories suspended between myth and reality.
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Monopoli (BA).
We will be welcomed by our guide, ready to lead us along an itinerary full of mystery and fascination. After an initial introductory briefing, we will receive the necessaryequipment and engage in a technical test of about 30 minutes to get familiar with the SUP board.
Once ready, we will begin our exploration along the coast. We will paddle to some of the most impressive sea caves in the area. In some we will enter with the SUP, while in others we will disembark to explore secluded beaches, perfect for a short break in the shade.
Along the way, our guide will tell us stories and legends about these rocky caves, including the theory that a colony of the ancient civilisation of Atlantis was located here, as described by the Greek philosopher Plato. Testifying to this would be symbols found within the caves themselves.... Will we be able to discover them?
At the end of the approximately 5 km hike, we will return to the starting point.
The activity will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable from the age of 16; minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Swimming skills and good health are required.
The weight per participant must not exceed 110 kg.
Other information
The activity takes place from April to December and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Changing rooms, showers and a storage room for personal belongings are available at the meeting point.
It is not possible to participate with your own dog.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; free and paid parking spaces are available on site.
On request, it is possible to hire a wetsuit (5€ extra ) and request video footage with a drone (5€ extra). To request these options, please contact the guide after booking confirmation.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
