Paddle, admire and eat: an infallible recipe for well-being!
Come to Castel Gandolfo and experience a 3-hour SUP tour on Lake Albano, exploring its most unspoilt corners from the water.
Your guide will accompany you with his stories to discover the place. But, above all, he will reward you with an excellent aperitif!
What we will do
The appointment will take place 30 minutes before the time selected during the booking process at the meeting point in Castel Gandolfo (RM). Our guide will be waiting for us!
After an initial welcome, the handing over ofequipment and an explanation of the activity, it will be time to set off. We will immediately enter the water aboard our SUPs, to discover the northern part of the beautiful Lake Albano, known for being the least anthropised.
Wewill paddle between beautiful little beaches, stopping for 3 or 4 regenerating swim breaks . During our SUP adventure, we will be able to spot various animals that inhabit the lake, such as fish, geese and turtles, and we will have the opportunity to reach unmissable points of interest!
Once back on the beach, it will be time for a delicious aperitif based on typical local products. Refreshed and full of emotions to take with us on our return, we will conclude the experience, which will last about 3 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from 18 years of age. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The activity is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or pregnant women.
Swimming skills are required.
Other information
This activity is available from June to October and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.
Any allergies or problems with insect bites, sun, light or other problems must be reported to the organiser in advance.

Showers, toilets and changing facilities are available on site.
Dogs are allowed at the beach and can participate in the excursion, provided they are medium-sized and socialised.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; a free car park is available on site, as well as an affiliated one: to have access to the latter, contact the organiser to find out the rates and book your parking space.
