Full description
Improve your technique on a SUP board in Forte dei Marmi with a 2-hour lesson in the company of an experienced instructor.
While paddling, you will have the chance to admire beautiful views along the coast or on Lake Massaciuccoli, depending on the location chosen for the excursion.
It will be asuper fun adventure, perfect for those who are always looking for new emotions.
What we will do
The meeting point is on the beach at Forte dei Marmi, at the time chosen during the booking process. Here we will meet our instructor who, after the initial introductions, will guide us throughout the excursion.
The itinerary may vary according to participants' preferences and weather conditions. We will be able to explore the beautiful sea of Forte dei Marmi, SUP in the picturesque Lake Massaciuccoli, or follow the course of the Versilia River to the sea.
During the outing we will be able to work on our balance and improve our paddling technique thanks to the instructor's advice, learning to move around in the water with greater confidence and autonomy. We will also enjoy a snack with friends to refresh ourselves along the way.
At the end of the tour we will return to Forte dei Marmi, where we will have changing rooms and showers at the bathing establishment to change.
The activity lasts about 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is at an easy level and is suitable for anyone who can swim and is already familiar with SUP.
Theminimum age for participation is 6 years.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent.

The activity takes place all year round, every day, and is confirmed with a minimum number of 2 participants.
At the end of the activity, participants can use the changing rooms and hot showers at the lido.
The cost of the experience includes the €15 membership card andACSI insurance.
Depending on the destination chosen for the SUP excursion, a different meeting point than the one indicated in the booking confirmation may be chosen. There is no transfer from the beach in Forte di Marmi to the starting point of the tour. Please contact the organisers close to the activity for more details.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
