Do you love water sports? Would you like to test your skills with an original experience? Then you cannot miss our SUP tour in Polignano a Mare.
SUP, or Stand Up Paddle, is the perfect fusion of surfing and canoeing. Standing on a board, you will glide through the water with the aid of a paddle, contemplating the magnificent scenery of Polignano a Mare.
The instructor will teach you the basics of SUP and you can also swim in some beautiful caves in the area. What are you waiting for to book your place?
What we will do
The appointment is at Cala Paura, in Polignano a Mare, a beautiful tourist resort in Puglia. We will be welcomed by an instructor who will give a lesson on the basics of SUP to familiarise us with this sport.
After the briefing, the actual excursion will begin. Standing on the board, we will paddle in peace surrounded by the beautiful scenery of Polignano a Mare.
We will arrive in the vicinity of some of the most striking caves in the area, such as the enchanting Grotta Palazzese, a glimpse of limestone rock on the emerald sea. Here we will stop for a dip and a relaxing bath before returning to Polignano a Mare at a leisurely pace.
During the excursion, many photographs will be taken to immortalise this wonderful experience. The activity lasts an hour and a half in all.
Who it is aimed at
The excursion is simple and suitable for everyone from the age of 9. Children under the age of 12 can participate in the excursion on the board together with the instructor or have their own board but tied to the instructor's board so that they do not lose their direction.
Other information
The experience takes place from April to October. In the cold season, a wetsuit can be requested at an extra cost of 5 euros.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
