Are you looking for an adventure that combines the beauty of the Monferrato hills and the unique experience of a trek accompanied by donkeys? We have just the thing for you.
Our 3-hour hike starts from Alfiano Natta, in the province of Alessandria, and winds its way for 7 km through the fascinating Monferrato hills, famous for their vineyards and historic farmsteads.
With you will be Bruno, a canyoning technician, and three 'special local guides': Buddy, Phil and Dante. We are waiting for you!
What we will do
We will set off from Alfiano Natta, in the province of Alessandria. From here we will begin our trek in the company of a qualified someggiato technician and three friendly donkeys.
We will cross a fairytale landscape, typical of the Monferrato, passing through lush vineyards and clear water springs. The 5 km loop route is not particularly demanding and is well suited to both adults and children.
The donkeys will carry our load, so that everyone is free to tackle the trek without a weight on their shoulders. Those who would like to can also try leading the donkey with a harness.
During the walk, we may decide to visit the Crea Sanctuary with its natural park or theCasorzo Tree, a unique natural phenomenon that is particularly impressive in spring. The itinerary will be customised according to the level of the participants.
The excursion will last a total of 3 hours and will end with the return to Alfiano Natta.
Who it is aimed at
The hike is suitable for people with good mobility, from 4 years of age. Written permission from the parent is required for minors.
Children aged 0 to 3 years participate free of charge. Toddlers may be carried by the parent in arms or with special support.

The activity is available every day from October to June, weather permitting.
For families with children, a discounted rate is available (€95 per family of two adults and one child): contact us to make a reservation.
It is not possible to participate with your dog.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
