Full description
Cross the wild southern ridge of the Paganella up to Cima Canfedin, the second highest peak of the mountain group, from where you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Brenta Dolomites.
You will walk among wonderful mountain meadows, the natural habitat of marmots and edelweiss, until you reach 2,040 m above sea level for a panoramic trekking tour suitable for all mountain lovers.
From the top you will be treated to a breathtaking view of the Dolomites and can even see Lake Garda in the distance. Join us for this hike in the heart of Trentino!
What we will do
We will meet 30 minutes before 9:00 a.m. at the Andalo 2001 cable car in the centre of the village of Andalo. Here we will meet the guide and once the group is formed we will all go up together by cable car to the starting point of the trekking tour (the ticket is included in the price).
Once off the cable car we will be ready for our hike, which involves a walk of around 13 km and an altitude difference of 500 metres. For the duration of the hike, we will be surrounded by Dolomite peaks and mountain meadows where, among the edelweiss, we will be able to spot cute marmots.
Breathing in the mountain scents and letting the fresh, clean air caress our faces, we will cross the entire southern ridge of the Paganella. Following our guide, we will reach Cima Canfedin at 2,040 m above sea level, an authentic natural terrace on the Brenta Dolomites.
Once we have caught our breath and looked for the view of Lake Garda, we can eat at the refuge or eat our packed lunch and relax a little in the greenery in preparation for our descent in the early afternoon. The return to Andalo is scheduled for around 15:30.
Who it is aimed at
The hike is aimed at moderately fit people who are used to walking in the mountains, even on exposed paths. The minimum age required is 10 years.
Other information
The activity takes place every Thursday from June to September when there are at least 3 participants, weather permitting.
Private groups of at least 3 persons may also request the activity on other days of the week, subject to availability of the guides.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
