Full description
Set off on a real crossing of the Brenta Dolomites, an excursion for true trekking lovers along the wild and lonely paths of the Val d'Ambiez to Molveno.
An expert guide will lead you along a demanding 20 km route that will touch the famous Pedrotti refuge, at almost 2,500 m altitude.
Awaiting you are 1,200 metres of altitude difference between rocky ridges and Dolomite peaks, with the certainty that your effort will be rewarded by extraordinary views!
What we will do
We will meet at 7:30 a.m. in Molveno (TN) and waiting for us and our guide will be a jeep taxi that will take us to the Cacciatori refuge in Val d'Ambiez. We will be at an altitude of 1,800 m and from there the ascent to the Pedrotti refuge will begin, quite demanding but very exciting in terms of views.
Once we reach our destination, at an altitude of 2,491 m, we can refresh and recover our energy by eating our packed meal with a view of Cima Tosa. After resting for the necessary time, we will set off on our Brenta traverse , which will take us to the Croz dell'Altissimo refuge.
At this point we will have left the Val d'Albiez to enter the Val delle Seghe, which connects Lake Molveno with the Brenta mountain group. In total, the route includes 16 km and 1000 m of altitude difference.
For the return to Molveno from the Croz dell'Altissimo refuge we will again use the jeep taxi. We will be back around 17:30.
Who it is aimed at
This hike is challenging and is open to those who are used to walking in the mountains, even on exposed trails. You can participate from 14 years of age.
Other information
The activity takes place every Wednesday from June to September when there are at least 3 participants, weather permitting.
Private groups of at least 3 persons may also request the activity on other days of the week, subject to availability of the guides.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
