If trekking is your passion, we have the right experience for you. In the heart of Sardinia, in the province of Nuoro, you can explore an incredible place in terms of nature and landscape.
We offer you an ultra-panoramic trek of about three hours on Monte Corrasi, an imposing limestone-dolomitic massif that is home to numerous botanical species and native animals, such as the mouflon. An expert guide will accompany you on this unforgettable experience to conquer Punta Corrasi, among sheer limestone walls, caves and wide plateaus.
Covered with holm oaks in the middle and adorned with olive trees, vines and almond trees in the valley, Monte Corrasi is rugged and bare at the summit, an almost lunar landscape. From the ridge you will enjoy spectacular views and a 360-degree panorama that reaches as far as the coast of Cala Gonone and the Gennargentu.

What we will do
We will depart at 9 a.m. from Oliena with the off-road vehicles for an initial tour through the streets of the town's historic centre with its characteristic murals.
We will head towards Monte Corrasi, the highest peak of the vast and impervious Supramonte plateau and one of the most striking reliefs on the island. The jeep ride will take about 30 to 40 minutes.
Once off the vehicles, the actual trekking towards Punta Corrasi will begin. We will cross the beautiful vegetation to reach the bare, almost lunar-like peak. The expert guide will lead the way between sheer limestone walls, towers, white spires, caves and wide plateaus, telling us many interesting facts about the place.
The walk of about 9 km with 400 m of altitude difference will take about an hour and a half. Once we reach the top, we will be able to enjoy the wonderful panorama with a 360° view over the Sardinian hinterland and the Gulf of Orosei, as far as the sea.
At the end of the route, we will walk down the valley in another hour and a half and, having reached the off-road vehicles, return to the starting point. The hike will last a total of four hours.

The activity takes place all year round, weather permitting.
Small and medium-sized dogs may participate, but a leash is compulsory. If you wish to bring your dog, please inform your guide as soon as possible by contacting him/her using the contact details provided after the booking confirmation.
