Trekking with alpacas and tasting by the lake near Ferrara

Imagine sipping a glass of wine in the company of... an alpaca!

This is exactly what awaits you when you take part in our walk with tasting: you will venture into the countryside of the province of Ferrara, until you reach a scenic oasis with a villa overlooking a lake. Right on the shores of the latter you will toast with wine, beer and typical products.

A 3-hour experience of nature and taste!

What we will do

The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Settepolesini di Bondeno (FE). We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this soft (and very tasty) adventure!

Once all participants have gathered, the experience will begin with a brief presentation on the alpaca: what an animal it is, how it behaves and how to approach it. We will then proceed with the assignments: we will be in the company of Romino, Cosmo, Kuka, Fantasy, Franz and Nils, the real stars of the day!

And here we are ready for our walk with alpacas: after an initial asphalt crossing, we will venture along a country path that will lead us to an oasis consisting of a scenic villa and a large park overlooking a lake. It is precisely on the shores of the latter that we will stop for our tasting session: 3 glasses of organic wine or 3 glasses of craft beer, depending on the preference previously communicated, accompanied by a board of local products. Meanwhile, our alpaca friends will graze nearby for their 'snack'.

After walking about 2 km, we will finally return to the meeting point. The alpaca walk will last 1.5 hours; the total experience will last 3 hours.

Who it is aimed at

The alpaca walk is suitable for ages 4 and up; children under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Wine or beer tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age. Juice tasting is reserved for underage participants, abstemious persons and pregnant women. Please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to indicate your preference.

The route is accessible by wheelchair and/or pushchair.

The experience is available all year round and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 individual participants or a minimum of 2 couples.

When booking, you can book for:

• Singles: people leading the alpaca for the entire route; for a maximum number of 6 single participants.
• Couples: pairs of people sharing the leading of an alpaca for half the route; for a maximum number of 6 pairs of participants.

Leashed dogs may participate in the walk if they are accustomed to the company of other animals and kept at an appropriate distance.

Free parking is available on site. The meeting point is not accessible by public transport.
