If you think truffles only grow on starred menus, prepare to change your mind!
In this experience at Force, in the heart of the Marche hills, you will be the one to look for them, guided by three friendly truffle dogs: Elektra, Ghianda and Briciola.
From the search for truffles to the preparation of fresh pasta and a lunch with local products: experience a 3 ½-hour adventure as a true gourmet, seasoned with hospitality and fun!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the farm in Force (AP).
We will be welcomed by the owner of the facility, who will introduce us to the wonderful world of truffles. We will begin with a walk in the woods around the farm: together with our three inseparable four-legged helpers - Elektra, Ghianda and Briciola - we will actively participate in the search for the black summer truffle. It will be an exciting and authentic experience, surrounded by oak trees, the scent of earth and hilly landscapes.
At the end of the hunt (lasting about 1 hour), we will collect fresh eggs from the henhouse, ready to become the basic ingredient of our pasta. We will then participate in a practical cooking lesson: we will knead with ancient grain flour, roll out the dough with a rolling pin, and prepare handmade tagliatelle.
During the process we will enjoy local hors d'oeuvres such as olives all'ascolana, bruschetta, cold meats and cheeses accompanied by wine. This will be followed by a full lunch: tagliatelle served with mushrooms and the freshly found truffle, dessert and coffee.
The activity will last a total of 3½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The activity is not accessible with pushchairs or wheelchairs.

The experience runs from May to October.

It is not possible to participate with your own dog.
