Who goes there! Oh, a fish. In fact, a sea of fish!
These are the ones you will meet during your first scuba dive, in the company of an instructor who will take you on a discovery of the Chia seabed.
A close encounter (not of the third kind, but underwater!) that will last a good 30 minutes and for which you won't need a licence!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Chia, Teulada (SS). Awaiting us will be theinstructor who will accompany us on this first diving experience!
Upon arrival, we will be given all the necessaryequipment (wetsuit, gav, regulator, mask, fins), after which we will board a rubber dinghy to reach one of the numerous current-protected coves around Chia, chosen according to the best conditions of the day.
During navigation, we will listen to a briefing on safety rules and how to behave in the water. Afterwards, we will be ready to dive into the blue! In small groups of up to three people per instructor, we will dive to a depth of 5 metres.
We will stay underwater for about 30 minutes, admiring the seabed covered with Posidonia Oceanica and teeming with marine life. We will be able to encounter bream, sea bream, octopus and nudibranchs, typical of the fauna of the Mediterranean Sea.
The experience will end with the return to the meeting point and will last about 2 hours in total.
In the event of weather and sea conditions that do not allow the experience to be carried out in an inflatable boat, access to the water will take place directly from the beach and will last a total of approximately 1.5 hours (the actual duration of the dive will not change).
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 8 and up; children under the age of 18 must have a release form signed by an adult.
The experience is prohibited for pregnant women and people suffering from pulmonary problems, asthma and diabetes.
The activity is suitable for first-time divers and no licence is required to participate.
Other information
The experience takes place from June to September and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport but a pick-up service from Chia is available on request: contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email for more information.
There are no changing rooms on site, we recommend arriving with your swimming costume already worn. Any personal items can be stored in watertight bags provided by the organiser.
It is not recommended to dive 24 hours before a flight.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
