Your seat is waiting for you at our food and wine experience in Cervognano Montenero: you’ll visit a family-run winery, discover the secrets of wine-making and taste the finest wines paired with traditional Tuscan specialities.
An experience lasting over an hour, with a taste of Tuscany!
What we will do
Please arrive 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Cervognano Montenero, a hamlet of Montepulciano (SI) . The experience takes place at Cantina Chiacchiera, a family-run winery in the Tuscan hills.
On arrival, we’ll meet the guide and the other participants. The experience will begin with a walk through the vineyard: we’ll explore the family, the estate, the vineyard work and the organic practices.
Finally, we’ll sit down for lunch and a wine tasting: we’ll sample four wines, including Vino Rosso di Montepulciano DOC and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, paired with a selection of typical Tuscan specialities such as bruschetta dressed with the estate’s own olive oil, cured meats, cheeses from Pienza, fagioli all’uccelletto and much more. Meanwhile, the guide will continue to explain the wine-making process, from fermentation to ageing.
The experience lasts approximately one and a half hours in total.

The wine tasting is reserved for participants of legal age only.

The experience takes place from April to December and is confirmed once the minimum number of 2 participants has been reached. In the event of bad weather, the walk through the vineyard will be replaced by a multimedia presentation.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
