AAA Cowboy of Tuscia wanted.
And it just might be you! Take part in our horseback ride in Bolsena: in the company of an equestrian guide, you'll ride in a beautiful natural setting on Europe's largest volcanic lake.
A 2-hour experience, at the end of which you won't want to get out of the saddle!
What we will do
Please arrive 20 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Bolsena (VT). Once there, we’ll meet the riding guide who’ll be taking us on this adventure!
Once all participants have gathered, we’ll get to know one another and proceed to be assigned our horses. We’ll learn how to communicate with the animals before mounting up and learning the basics of horse riding. The guide will provide all the information you need to ensure a worry-free experience. This part lasts approximately 15 minutes.
And now we’re ready for our horse ride: we’ll venture into the Tuscia countryside, through woods and vineyards, riding all the way to the shores of Lake Bolsena. If the weather permits, we’ll take the opportunity to have a dip!
Finally, we’ll return to the meeting point. The experience lasts a total of about 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 14 and up. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the meeting point by an adult.
A maximum weight of 90 kg is required to participate.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first horse ride. The walk takes place at the pace.

The experience takes place all year round.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point is not accessible by public transport. A paid transfer service to/from Bolsena is available: contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail for more information and to request the service.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
