Do you eat milk, cereal and crave adventure in the morning?
Then we suggest you satiate your desire for new challenges with this via ferrata in Claviere! You will be able to test yourself on the slopes of Mount Chaberton and enjoy a marvellous view of the Val di SuSa.
And between one rock passage and the next, you will discover the local history thanks to the guide!
What we will do
The appointment is 5 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Claviere (TO). Awaiting us will be the UIAGM mountain guide who will accompany us on this vertical adventure!
After donning the technical equipment (included) , we will take a walk of about 30 minutes to reach the starting point of the via ferrata, which runs along the slopes of Mount Chaberton, immersed in a unique natural setting with a splendid view of the Susa Valley.
We will begin the ascent, alternating equipped sections, ledges and rock passages with some more technical points. Along the approximately 2 km route, we will learn about the local fauna and flora and make a stop at the historic military fortifications of Batteria Bassa. In fact, the guide will explain the local history to us and will be available to answer all our questions and curiosities!
At the end of the trail, we will start our descent along a scenic forest road and return to our starting point in about 30 minutes.
The activity will last a total of 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for 12 years and over. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The experience is not accessible to people with motor disabilities, who are pregnant or suffer from vertigo.
The experience is of an easy level and also suitable for via ferrata novices, provided you are in good physical shape.
Other information
The experience takes place from May to October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 3 participants.
Dogs are not allowed.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
