Full description
Join us for an experience between mountaineering and via ferrata in Arco, Trentino. You will walk the Via del 92° Congresso, a route that will take you up to the crest of Monte Baone.
All along the way, you will rope with your Alpine Guide and enjoy the breathtaking view of Lake Garda and the Sarca Valley. You will alternate between stretches of walking and stretches of rock climbing along the 4-hour route.
The ideal activity for those approaching the world of mountaineering and climbing for the first time.
What we will do
We will meet in Arco (TN), where the mountain guide will be waiting for us. We will then reach the starting point of our hike with the organisation's vehicles. The guide will also provide us with all thenecessary equipment, from harnesses to helmets, from the via ferrata set to gloves.
We will then prepare for the route, which will take us up to the crest of Mount Baone, also known as Baone Ridge by the locals. This is not a real via ferrata and, for this very reason, it is ideal for a first approach to the world of climbing.
It is an experience that we can define as 'scrambling', i.e. a mix of mountaineering on the trail and climbing in total safety along a route with low technical difficulty. We will in fact be roped together with the guide. There will be stretches where we will need to have balance, moving from one rock to another, and stretches where we will do some minor rock climbing.
To make the experience even more unforgettable, there will be the wonderful landscape of Lake Garda with Monte Brione, the rocky outcrop covered in a mantle of woodland that seems to rise directly from the waters between Riva del Garda and Torbole.
We will be back in Arco after about 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone aged 10 and up, as long as you are not afraid of heights.

The excursion runs from April to June and from September to October and is confirmed with a minimum of 3 participants.
