Full description
The best ice cream on Lake Garda? The one you eat at a thousand metres above sea level.
With a one-and-a-half hour paramotor flight you will enjoy an incredible experience among towers, castles and hidden beaches, with the blue of Lake Garda as a backdrop. All with music in your headphones, a pilot telling you trivia, and, if you want, some aerobatic manoeuvres to add a pinch of adrenaline.
Oh, and yes: at some point ice cream arrives too. In flight.
What we will do
The appointment with the pilot is at the time selected at the time of booking in Lonato del Garda (BS).
Before setting off there is a short 10-15 minute briefing, just to explain how the paramotor works. If you're wondering what it is, think of a paraglider with an engine in the back: light, safe and perfect for taking off in flat terrain without the need to launch from a mountain or hill.
Then helmet on your head, Bluetooth headset plugged in and off you go. Within seconds you are already in the air, with music playing in the background and the panorama changing with every breath.
During the one-and-a-half-hour flight we fly over the Rocca di Solferino, the Tower of San Martino della Battaglia and on to the port of Peschiera del Garda. From there we ascend in altitude to about 1,000 metres: the entire gulf opens up before us, from Sirmione with its ruins and castle to the Apennines on the horizon.
We then descend in altitude: we fly low over the water, wave goodbye to the boats, explore the hidden beaches and the Grotte di Catullo from above. If desired, the pilot can add some aerobatic manoeuvres for an extra adrenaline rush.
And then, a unique out-of-plan: a stop at an ice-cream parlour to enjoy an ice-cream in flight, with Lake Garda in the background.
On the way back you are lulled by relaxing music, until you land gently at the starting point.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit; the only limit is on weight, which must be between 30 kg and 105 kg. Minors under 18 years of age if unaccompanied must present a written consent signed by their parents.
The experience is accessible to persons with motor disabilities. Not recommended for pregnant women.
Other information
The activity can be booked every day from March to October.
The meeting point is not easily accessible by public transport; there is free parking on site and a kiosk where snacks and drinks can be purchased.
Accompanying persons are welcome; they can watch the take-off and landing and in the meantime relax at the kiosk.
If you wish, you can ask the pilot for free high-definition photos and videos taken with Insta360; the material will be sent to you at the end of the experience via a link.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
