Full description
Experience for yourself the thrill of flight and the excitement of tandem paragliding, admiring from above Lake Santa Croce and the marvellous landscapes of the Conca dell'Alpago in the Belluno Prealps.
You will take off together with an expert pilot from the 1,500 m of the refuge on Monte Dolada, for an adventure to be enjoyed in complete safety and full of fun.
You will fly for about 20 minutes driven by the ascending wind currents , dominating nature in absolute freedom!
What we will do
The activity will begin at the Pieve d'Alpago flying club in the province of Belluno. Here we will meet the pilot who will accompany us on our adventure, and together with him we will move to the take-off area.
Once we reach the refuge on Monte Dolada, at an altitude of 1,500 m, we will prepare for the flight with a briefing on how paragliders work and on rules of behaviour and safety. Then, well harnessed and securely attached to the pilot, we will be ready for take-off!
A few steps down and in no time at all we will find ourselves suspended in the air, flying with the wind! At that point we will be seized by an incredible thrill at the view of the Alpago basin and the entire Valbelluna valley.
The scenic flight will last about 20 minutes - depending on the currents of the day - and will end with a soft landing near the initial meeting point.
The activity will last about 1 hour in total, including transfers, preparation and briefing.
Who it is aimed at
Paragliding is an activity for everyone. No specific knowledge, skills or experience are required. Anyone in good health and weighing between 30 and 100 kg can fly.

This activity is bookable from March to November, subject to weather and wind conditions.
Paragliding is an activity that is strongly dependent on weather conditions. The day before the activity, the pilot will confirm the time and course after consulting the latest weather report.
Important: minors must present written and signed parental consent. If consent is not provided, the pilot will not allow participants to carry out the activity and the activity will not be reimbursed.
The participation fee includes a video of the experience and a free T-shirt.
Simultaneous flying for up to 4 people is possible on request and subject to pilot availability.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
