Betulla, Spirit, Fulmine and the rest of the equestrian company are waiting for you to ride in the Teatine countryside!
Take part in our horse riding experience in San Giovanni Teatino: you will have a riding lesson with an instructor, and then venture out for a ride in the saddle of your faithful companion. You will ride to discover the hills surrounding the riding school, with panoramic views of the city of Pescara, the Gran Sasso and the sea.
A2-hour experience full of passion for nature and animals!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in San Giovanni Teatino (CH). We will be welcomed by the equestrian guide and riding instructor who will welcome us to his riding school!
Having gathered all the participants, we will get to know the horses that will become our adventure companions for the occasion. This will be followed by a riding lesson in a field, open or covered depending on the best conditions of the day: the instructor will teach us how to communicate with the animal and how to handle it on a ride, for a carefree experience. This first moment will last 1 hour.
We will then be ready to begin our horseback ride: we will venture into the natural scenery surrounding the riding school, riding on dirt tracks in the Teatine countryside. The ride will take place at a leisurely pace, going up and down hills that will give us a unique panoramic view of the city of Pescara, the Gran Sasso and... the sea! This second moment will last one hour.
We will then return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from the age of 18.
A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate.
The activity is of an easy level and suitable for first-time horse riders.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed when a minimum number of 2 participants is reached.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport, but an additional shuttle service is available at a cost of €5.00 per person return from the San Giovanni Teatino bus stop: contact the guide at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail for more information and to request the service.
Any accompanying persons are welcome in the riding stables; dogs are not allowed in the stables. There is a bar and restaurant service on site.
