Ah, Chianti: the jewel in the crown of Tuscany!
To capture its essence, just come to San Polo In Chianti, in the province of Florence. You will stroll through an olive grove, a saffron grove and a vegetable garden and learn many interesting facts about biodynamic agriculture. Then you will relax while watching the sunset and enjoying a delicious aperitif with typical Tuscan flavours.

What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the time indicated on the calendar at San Polo In Chianti (FI) . We will be welcomed by our guide, who will accompany us on an experience immersed in the rural landscape of Chianti.
We will begin with a guided walk through the olive grove (included) , where we will talk about living soil and biodynamic agriculture. We will discover the difference between conventional and natural cultivation, how the soil is nourished without chemicals, and why biodiversity is the first ally of olive trees.
Then we will continue with a visit to the saffron grove (included) and learn many interesting facts about this spice, called 'red gold' and used for centuries in cooking, medicine and dyeing cloth. We will conclude the farm experience with a visit to the vegetable garden (included) .
Finally, as the sun sets, we will enjoy a delicious aperitif (included) of bruschetta, fresh vegetable dip, cold meats and cheeses. All accompanied by water and a glass of Chianti wine.
This experience in contact with the scents, colours and flavours of nature will last a total of 4 hours and will give us an unforgettable immersion in the Tuscan countryside.

The experience is suitable for everyone, regardless of age. Children under the age of 18 can only participate if accompanied by a responsible adult.
The activity is not accessible to wheelchair users or those with walking difficulties.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
