Full description
Treat yourself to a weekend in Chianti, amidst wonderful landscapes, tranquillity, nature, farmsteads and characteristic villages. Regenerate yourself in an environment that seems suspended in time, far from the chaos of the city and the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
You will explore the Crete Senesi and the Chianti hills on a4-hour quad bike excursion, stopping at alocal winery for a wine tasting.
The activity includes overnight stay and breakfast in a farmhouse surrounded by greenery, ending a wonderful day of nature, flavours and traditions of the Tuscan countryside.
What we will do
We will meet 30 minutes before the selected time in Asciano (SI). We will be welcomed by the excursion guide who will take us to visit the farm and the surrounding areas. After that, we will prepare for the quad bike excursion with an introductory briefing and a practical test on an indoor circuit.
The tour on the four-wheel vehicle will take us into the heart of the Crete Senesi, through evocative landscapes characterised by meadows, cultivated fields, cypress avenues and the characteristic biancane, whitish dome-shaped reliefs typical of clay soil.
On board the quad bike, we will cross the Chianti Classico area, with its lush vineyards and villages nestled in the green. We won't miss the opportunity to taste one of the world's finest wines, stopping at alocal winery for a tasting session (included) that includes 3 wines, Cinta Senese cured meats accompanied by bread croutons, and sheep's milk cheeses from the Crete Senesi combined with compotes and jams, all homemade!
Thequad bike excursion will last four hours and will be a mix of scenic trails and more technical and fun stretches on dirt roads and mule tracks, for a total of about 60 km. At the end of the four-wheeled adventure, we will reach theagriturismo where we will spend the night. There we will be free to continue as we see fit, continuing to discover the many beauties of the Tuscan countryside and its culinary tradition.
The following morning we will wake up with the smell of a genuine country breakfast: a new day full of surprises awaits us!
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an easy level and is open to anyone with a B licence. No previous experience of riding quad bikes is required. Children 3 years and older may ride as passengers on the parent's quad bike.

Attention! To reserve 1 passenger seat, 1 driver seat must be reserved at the same time. It is not possible to make a reservation for only one passenger.
This activity can take place all year round and can accommodate a maximum of 22 participants, with a total of 11 quads available. Two people can travel on each quad bike: the €320 fee is per couple, i.e. for a quad bike with driver and passenger (the two can swap driving), tasting and accommodation for 2 people.
The wine tasting is included in the price and, in addition to the wines, includes a bruschetta with olive oil, cold meats and cheeses (with possible variations according to seasonality). After booking, you will receive more details about the overnight stay and can agree with the organiser on a possible time variation for the quad bike excursion, depending on availability.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
