Experience an experiential stay in Montalcino, among the hills of the Val d'Orcia: a night in a wine resort with a typical Tuscan breakfast and a tasting of 3 organic wines , including the ever-present Brunello di Montalcino.

What we will do
Check-in is from 16: 00 to 19: 30 at the wine relais in Montalcino (SI), immersed in the landscape of the Tuscan Val d'Orcia.
You will stay in a Deluxe room with an independent entrance of about 30 square metres, furnished in a rustic-elegant style. The accommodation is equipped with a double bed, private bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, towels, organic courtesy kit, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, wardrobe and panoramic view of the Val d'Orcia.
From 1 June to 30 September, you can cool off in the hotel's outdoor swimming pool , which is very panoramic. You can also make use of the in-house restaurant (dinner on site, closed on Sundays) .
Your experiential stay will include an organic wine tasting, which will take place on the day of your arrival or departure, at the property's wine cellar. Accompanied by an expert, you will visit the winemaking area and the cellar with its barrels and tonneaux. You will discover the organic philosophy of this family-run business, and then taste 3 wines, accompanied by freshly baked warm bread:
- a young Brunello di Montalcino, tapped straight from the barrel;
- a Rosso di Montalcino DOC;
- a Brunello di Montalcino DOCG from the previous vintage.
The experience will last about 1 hour and could be shared with other guests. On request and with payment on site, it will be possible to add a platter of cold meats and cheeses (10€ per person) .
Your stay will be completed with breakfast included, with home-made cakes, cold cuts, eggs, jams and other typical Tuscan products.
Check-out is by 10 a. m.

The facility is not wheelchair accessible.
Other information
The experience is available from 1 April to 3 November; the tasting takes place from Monday to Saturday. Check-in is from 16: 00 to 19: 30, check-out by 10: 00.
For those with food allergies or intolerances, alternatives are available on request. The facility is certified for coeliacs: please contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail.
Small dogs are allowed with an extra charge of €10, subject to prior notice.
The tourist tax of 2€ per person, payable locally in cash, is not included in the fee.
The meeting point is not easily accessible by public transport; there is ample free parking on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
