Come and discover the thousand facets of this native Matese vine, produced with love at this family-run winery in Gioia Sannitica.
A 1. 5-hour experience awaits you in which you can walk through the vineyard, visit the cellar and conclude with a tasting of 3 wines accompanied by a rich platter of typical products!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the Terrae Tiferni winery in Gioia Sannitica (CE), in the splendid setting of the Matese vineyards. We will be welcomed by our guide Cesare, who is ready to take us on a tour that celebrates the history of this family-run winery.
We will begin with a walk through the vineyard, where we can admire the surrounding area and understand the origin of the native vines that make this area unique. We will then continue with a visit to the winemaking cellar, where we will be shown the technical steps required to transform the grapes into the finished product, exploring the areas dedicated to production.
The highlight will be a tasting of three wines based on Pallagrello, a prized native grape variety with two grapes (black and white) . We will have the pleasure of tasting the white, red and rosé versions, discovering the different nuances that this grape can offer. To enhance the flavours, the glasses will be accompanied by a rich platter of local products.
Depending on the season or preference, the tasting will be held in the charming outdoor patio overlooking the vineyards or inside the cosy tasting room. It will be the perfect opportunity to ask questions and learn more about this Campania excellence in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
The experience will last a total of about 1. 5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for 18 year olds and over, as the wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying minors may participate free of charge.
The experience is partially accessible: the winery is accessible for wheelchair users and pushchairs, while the vineyard walk is not accessible, but the visit can be adapted on request.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed with a minimum number of 2 persons.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
