An experience that couldn't be more Parma-like! Between Lambrusco, prosciutto and Parmesan, get ready to experience a concentrate of Emilia in a gourmet version.
At the Cantina La Bandina di Casatico di Langhirano, a light lunch tasting awaits you that is a hymn to conviviality: 5 natural glasses of red, rosé and sparkling wines, to be enjoyed with a board of Prosciutto di Parma and Parmigiano Reggiano.
And to end on a high note? A dessert and a glass of Moscato: because here, even the finale must have its sparkling touch!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at Cantina La Bandina in Casatico di Langhirano (PR) in the green hills of Emilia. We will be welcomed by our guide, ready to introduce us to the history and production philosophy of a young winery , guardian of the traditional Emilian method.
Weather permitting, we will begin the visit with a walk through the vineyards, where we will discover the secrets of organic and biodynamic cultivation. Alternatively, the explanation will be held on the panoramic terrace, from which we will still be able to admire the rows of vines.
We will then continue with a visit to the wine cellar, where we will discover the secrets of natural vinification and refermentation, listening to curiosities about the role of yeast and why Bandina wine 'lives' even after bottling.
Finally, it will be time for a guided wine tasting: we will taste 5 natural glasses including reds, rosés and sparkling wines, paired with a light lunch with a board of Prosciutto di Parma and Parmigiano Reggiano, bread and local olive oil, a house dessert and a glass of Moscato to end on a sweet note.
The experience will last a total of about 2½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for those aged 18 and over. The wine tasting is reserved for adults, but accompanying under-age persons may participate without tasting at the reduced price of €25. 00.
The facility is accessible to wheelchairs and/or pushchairs.

The experience is available all year round.
In the event of bad weather, the activity will only take place inside the winery, excluding the vineyard walk.
Dogs are allowed provided they are on a leash.

There is free parking on site and a camper van area on request. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport, so arriving by car is recommended.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
