If you are looking for the ideal combination of excellent wine and avant-garde design, the Triacca family's Tenuta Santavenere in Montepulciano is the right place for you. Here, amidst the Sienese hills, you will not only visit a place of production, but a spectacular decagonal cellar where wines rest in a uniquely fascinating environment.
A 1. 5-hour experience, in which you will taste 4 glasses of excellence of your choice accompanied by bruschetta, cold meats and local cheeses!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the Santavenere Estate in Montepulciano (SI), in the setting of an enchanting natural context between the Valdichiana and the Val D'Orcia. We will be welcomed by a guide who will accompany us on a tour designed to give us a close-up look at the production of Nobile di Montepulciano.
We will begin with a guided tour of the vineyard, where we will admire the 36 hectares of vines dominated by the iconic Sangiovese and discover how cultivation techniques enhance the prestige of the terroir. We will continue inside the decagonal cellar, an architectural masterpiece of innovative design, where we will delve into the stages of vinification.
Finally, we will sit down for a guided wine tasting. When booking, we will be able to choose between:
- L'Essenza del Nobile tasting , which includes 4 wines from the Santavenere estate, focusing on Nobile di Montepulciano
- L'Essenza Triacca tasting that includes 4 wines from the Triacca family, which also includes labels from the other Triacca estates.
The tasting will be accompanied by a small board of traditional Tuscan products, including cured meats, cheeses and artisanal bruschetta, perfect to enhance the character of the Nobile di Montepulciano and Toscana IGT wines.
The experience will last a total of about 1. 5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for 18 year olds and above. The wine tasting is for adults only.
Any accompanying under-age persons may participate in the experience at a reduced cost or free of charge up to the age of 10 (contact the facility for details of any costs or alternative drinks) .

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
