Does organic viticulture intrigue you?
Then let us introduce you to Tili Vini, a winery that produces organic wines in the hills bordering Assisi. An interesting reality to discover in the company of a member of the company who will accompany you on a walk through the vineyard, a visit to the cellar and a tasting of 5 glasses of the best labels.
A 2-hour experience during which you will learn the difference between organic and conventional, earning your winemaker's certificate!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point at Tili Vini in Capodacqua (PG), in the beautiful natural setting of the hills bordering Assisi.
Upon arrival, we will be welcomed by a member of the winery who will guide us in the discovery of this organic reality. The experience will begin with a walk through the vineyard and will continue with a visit to the winery in the vinification room, bottling room and ageing room; this first part of the exploration will last about 30 minutes.
We will then reach the tasting room where thesensory analysis of the wines will take place, during which we will be able to taste the difference between organic and conventional that we have explored in the vineyard and in the cellar. We will taste 5 glasses of selected Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT wines accompanied by bruschetta topped with a variety of sauces, a small platter of cold meats and cheeses, and traditional sweets; this second part of the experience will last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
At the end of the activity we will receive anapprentice winemaker's certificate!
The experience will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for ages 18 and over. Any minors must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 0 to 4 years participate free of charge.
The wine tasting is reserved for participants aged 18 and over. Any accompanying paying underage participants will be served a non-alcoholic drink with accompanying food.
The facility is accessible by wheelchair or pushchair.

Attention! The vineyard walk will only take place when weather and terrain conditions permit, at the guide's discretion.
The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed on reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
