Fancy a glass of Valdobbiadene... actually four?
If you love bubbles, this is an experience you must try. It starts with a quick visit to the wine cellar - modern, well-kept, with a view that makes you want to stay there all day - and then moves on to the highlight: four glasses of Prosecco Superiore DOCG and Rosé DOC, served with fish finger food designed to enhance each sip.
It is the perfect way to discover the territory calmly, amid aromas, flavours and a few chats with those who really know wine.
What we will do
We will meet at theRivaluce Winery, nestled in the hilly landscapes of Valdobbiadene. After arriving, we will be taken on a short tour lasting about 15 minutes, starting from the ground floor where the production area is located.
Here we will discover the secrets of Valdobbiadene DOCG production in a structure designed by a renowned architectural firm. The guide will lead us through the spaces of the winery to the showroom and wine shop.
Afterwards, we will move on to the wine tasting: if the weather permits, we will do it on the panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards. If not, we will be welcomed in the inner room adjacent to the wine shop. We will taste 4 selected glasses: 3 Valdobbiadene DOCG, an expression of the different nuances of the territory, and 1 glass of Rosé DOC, fresh, fruity and surprising.
Each wine will be served with a fish-based finger food, carefully paired to best enhance its aromatic profile. The total duration of the experience is approximately 60 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The wine tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age only.
Children and accompanying teetotalers are welcome and may attend at no extra cost. Water will be offered, but no other non-alcoholic drinks are provided.
The venue is wheelchair-accessible, with the exception of the panoramic terrace. In this case, the tasting will take place in the indoor room adjacent to the wine shop or outside, near the vineyards.

The activity can be booked from Monday to Saturday all year round.
The wine tasting will be accompanied by fish finger food. In the event of allergies or intolerances, please contact the guide in advance (you will receive references by e-mail with your booking confirmation).
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; there is ample free parking on site.
Dogs are allowed on the premises, except in the wine cellar for hygienic reasons.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
