Full description
There are beautiful places, and then there are places that are both beautiful and wonderful. The Prosecco Hills definitely fall into the latter category!
Come and enjoy a wine tasting at an elegant estate nestled amongst the DOCG vineyards of Asolo: you can choose to pair your glasses with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses or the famous Venetian ‘cicchetti’ (or rather, ‘chic-chetti’! ) !
What we will do
The meeting is at the selected time at the Country & Wine Resort in Asolo (TV), in the Prosecco Hills.
We will be welcomed by our guide, who will immediately take us out amongst the rows of vines or up to the panoramic terrace ( depending on the season) to admire the vineyard and the Rocca di Asolo, and introduce us to the history of Asolo Prosecco DOCG.
We will then move on to a tour of the winery, where we will be given an explanation of the production methods for Prosecco and Recantina, the winery’s two flagship products.
Next, it will be time for the tasting. When booking, we can choose between two options:
- wine tasting + traditional charcuterie platter: includes 4 glasses of organic Asolo DOCG and a platter of cold cuts and cheeses
- wine tasting + food pairing: includes 1 glass in the vineyard, 3 glasses of organic Asolo DOCG, 1 glass of Recantina and a food pairing (cicchetto) for each person.
The experience will last approximately one and a half hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is recommended for those aged 18 and over, as the wine tasting is restricted to adults only.
The venue is not accessible to wheelchair users or pushchairs.
Other information
Please note! In the event of bad weather, the experience will take place entirely indoors, excluding the walk through the vineyard.
The activity runs all year round and is confirmed once a minimum of 2 participants have signed up.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
