How about a toast in the library?
No, we're not crazy! At the Tenuta Cocci Grifoni in San Savino di Ripatransone, you can immerse yourself in the history of the winery with a unique guided tour , which includes access to the so-called 'wine library' in which the estate's historical labels are stored.
First, however, a wine tasting on the panoramic terrace awaits you, because here pleasure comes before 'duty'!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at Tenuta Cocci Grifoni in San Savino di Ripatransone (AP) .
Upon arrival, we will be escorted to the panoramic terrace, which will offer us a unique view of the town of Ripatransone and the hills of the Marche region on the horizon. This scenery will provide the backdrop for our tasting , which will include 3 glasses of wine (selected by the sommelier from the winery's premium line) , paired with typical zero-kilometre products in accordance with the season and the availability of the area.
Once the last glass of wine has been served, we will be led by the sommelier into the wine cellar where we will be told the history of Tenuta Cocci Grifoni. We will then move to the cellar to visit the vinification tanks, the barrel cellar dating back to the early 1970s, and finally the bottling room where we will compare the different methods used in each era.
The highlight of the visit, however, will be entry into the ' winelibrary ': a room in which the labels that have made the history of the winery are displayed, including wines dating back to the 1930s. It will be a real journey of discovery of the wines and the history of the estate, in which both our palate and our curiosity will be satisfied.
The experience will last about 2 hours in total.

The wine tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age only. A non-alcoholic accompaniment is reserved for underage participants, astemics and pregnant women: please contact the winery at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to indicate your presence.

Attention! In the event of bad weather, the tasting will take place in an indoor room with glass walls and a panoramic view.
