And if it isn’t, it certainly will be after our visit to the winery and wine tasting in Montalcino. Accompanied by a sommelier-guide, you’ll explore the wine-making process and taste the region’s finest wines: Rosso and Brunello di Montalcino.
A one-hour experience, ranging in colour from ruby to garnet!
What we will do
Please arrive 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Montalcino (SI). The experience takes place at Aminta, a farm at the foot of Monte Amiata.
On arrival, we will meet the guide-sommelier and the other participants. The experience will begin with a walk through the vineyard and continue with a tour of the winery: we will walk through the fermentation cellar and the barrel cellar to learn about the wine-making process.
We will then take our seats for the wine tasting:
- 2-glass tasting: we’ll taste two wines – Rosso di Montalcino and Brunello di Montalcino – accompanied by taralli and bruschetta seasoned with the estate’s own olive oil.
- 3-glass tasting: we’ll taste three wines – Rosso di Montalcino and Brunello di Montalcino, plus a white or rosé of your choice – accompanied by taralli, bruschetta seasoned with our own olive oil, and a small mixed platter of cold cuts and cheeses.
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour in total.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is recommended for those aged 18 and over. Minors aged 16 and over are permitted, provided they are accompanied by an adult.
Any accompanying guests who do not eat or drink may participate free of charge. Any accompanying guests who eat but do not drink pay the reduced rate.
The wine tasting is reserved for participants of legal age only.
The venue is not wheelchair accessible.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed once the minimum number of 2 participants has been reached.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
