Get ready to go on a journey through time.
This is the destination of our winery tour and wine tasting in the province of Siena: in the company of a guide with decades of experience in the field, we will discover the Tenuta di Torriolo wine project, inspired by the ancient recipes of Count de' Rocchi.
An experience of over 1 hour, at the end of which you will toast to the past, present and future!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at Tenuta di Torriolo in Torrita di Siena (SI) . We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this experience: with a Master's degree in Food & Beverage and over 15 years' experience, we couldn't ask for a better cicerone!
Having gathered all the participants, the experience will begin with a guided tour of the estate: we will walk through the vineyard and enter the cellar, delving into the production of wine at every stage. In particular, we will walk through steel and concrete vats to discover fermentation; we will wander through the barrel cellar dedicated to maturation and ageing; and we will end up in the warehouse where bottling and labelling take place. This part will last about 45 minutes.
We will then take a seat in the room set up for wine tasting: we will toast with 3 glasses of the best house labels, white wine and red wine, accompanied by traditional bread, local cheeses and seasonal vegetables. This second part will last approximately 45 minutes.
The experience will last about 1½ hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for participants aged 18 and over.
The wine tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age only. Any accompanying under-age participants attend free of charge or pay on site for the accompanying food only (from €10. 00 according to availability on the day) : please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to indicate the presence of accompanying under-age participants.
The facility is not wheelchair and/or pushchair accessible.

The experience takes place all year round. In the event of bad weather, the experience will only take place indoors.
The experience is confirmed on reaching a minimum number of 4 participants.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
