Fly like a peregrine falcon over the views of the Lepini Mountains... then come back to dry land and enjoy a wine and food tasting!
With this unique experience, you will have the chance to experience the adrenaline rush of a zipline flight at Rocca Massima, along a steel cable more than 2 km long. At the end of the first part of the activity, you will move to theMarco Carpineti winery, a few km away, to visit the cellar and discover the organic wines produced here.

What we will do
The meeting point is in Rocca Massima ( LT) , where the zipline activity will take place.
On arrival at the venue, you’ll be welcomed by the instructors, who’ll provide you with the necessary kit and instructions to ensure you enjoy the experience safely. When it’s your turn, you’ll be fitted with a harness and secured to the pulley.
You’ll soar along the zipline like a peregrine falcon – a bird of prey commonly found in the Lepini Mountains – gliding along a steel cable over 2 km long. You’ll set off from the launch ramp at 730 m to reach the landing ramp at an altitude of 380 m: a 2-minute ride with top speeds of up to 172 km/h!
Once you reach the landing platform, an instructor will help you remove your harness and you can return to the starting point on the shuttle bus provided by the facility. The estimated waiting time for the return shuttle is around 40 minutes.
After this incredible zipline experience, you’ll drive to the winery where the wine tasting will take place.The Marco Carpineti Winery awaits you in Cori, just 12 km away. Here you’ll be welcomed by the Carpineti family, who have been dedicated to producing organic wines since 1986.
You’ll take a guided tour of the winery, from the production areas to the barrel cellar used for ageing. You’ll then take a seat in the tasting room to sample three wines, accompanied by typical local produce such as cured meats, cheeses and seasonal vegetables. The wines scheduled for tasting (which may vary depending on availability) will be:
- Collesanti Bellone Cori DOC
- Kius Brut Spumante Brut Millisemato
- Tufaliccio IGT Lazio Rosso
The experience will last a total of 3 hours, comprising 1 hour for the zipline activity ( including briefing, the ride and the return shuttle) and the remaining time at the winery.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is of an easy level and is open to everyone from the age of 18. No specific skills are required for the zipline, other than a normal psycho-physical condition and a weight between 40 and 120 kg.
Other information
The activity takes place on Saturdays and Sundays from April to November and is confirmed provided there is a minimum of two participants.
You can book a single or tandem zipline ride. Please contact the winery using the details provided in your booking confirmation email to let them know your preference.
You are permitted to film with a GoPro whilst on the zipline. You can use your own or hire one from the venue for €20, or for €15 if you bring your own SD card. You can also hire the mount for €5 (to be paid on site) .
You will need to make your own way to the venue. Car park facilities are available for customers at the winery. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
