Zipline at Furore on the Amalfi Coast: single flight

The Amalfi Coast never ceases to amaze with its breathtaking views overlooking the sea. If you add to these theadrenaline rush of a zipline flight, the experience will be truly extraordinary!

The Furore-Conca zip line is a cable car that crosses the Fiordo di Furore to Conca dei Marini, offering a spectacular view of the most evocative places on the Amalfi Coast.

Firmly harnessed and attached to a pulley you will slide along the steel cable connecting the departure station to the arrival station: the rest will be pure emotion!

What we will do

The zipline 's starting point is in Furore (SA), a place known for its fjord, one of the most beautiful and famous spots on the Amalfi Coast. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the staff who will provide you with a helmet and harness you to the pulley to then set you off.

The cable that connects the two stations is 650 metres long and crosses the typical landscapes of the Amalfi Coast, with the mountains overlooking the sea, arriving as far as Conca dei Marini. The panorama is spectacular, to say the least, and the adrenaline sensation you will experience while sliding along the cable suspended in the void will be unique and unforgettable.

The flight lasts about one and a half minutes. At the arrival station, the staff will unhook you from the pulley and you can take a shuttle service (5€ to be paid separately) back to the starting point where, in the shade of a gazebo, you can linger to enjoy the view. The entire gulf of Salerno will open up before your eyes, and you will be able to see the promontory of Capo di Conca on the left, while on the right your gaze will go as far as the Li Galli islands and, a little further on, the Faraglioni of Capri.

Who it is aimed at

Zipline flying is an activity suitable for everyone, requiring no specific skills. You only need to be in good health and weigh between 35 and 120 kg. There are no age limits (minors must be accompanied by their parents or present signed authorisation and a copy of the parent's ID).

Attention. Please arrive approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled flight time.

This activity is available from May to September.

It is possible to arrive at the departure station either by your own means or by the SITA bus from Amalfi for those coming from the coast, or from Agerola for those coming from Naples, getting off at stop Schianto n°19.

The shuttle service to return from Conca dei Mariani to Furore can be purchased when booking at an additional cost of €7.5 per person: choose the "flight + shuttle" option.

It is possible to request helmets with GoPro attachments to film the flight, at no extra charge, or to rent a GoPro on site at the price of 5€ (in this case, remember to bring a micro SD card from home to record the video on, or purchase it on site for 12€).

Companions who do not fly can stay in thegazebo area and observe the flight of family/friends.

It is possible to make the second flight on the same day at a reduced price of 30€ (subject to availability to be checked at the time). The offer is valid for the same person who made the first flight (showing ticket or previous booking).

It is forbidden to fly the zipline wearing sandals, flip-flops and shoes that are not properly fastened. Those wearing goggles must properly secure them so that they do not fall off.

If you want to fly together with someone else, try the pair zip line flight (if you are over 120 kg in two) or the parallel ziplineflight (if you are over 120 kg in two).

After booking, you can request 'a marenna a volo a volo, a typical Campania snack prepared by a traditional Furore tavern, to be eaten in the zipline's panoramic refreshment area. It includes a homemade sandwich with a filling of your choice (to be indicated at the time of booking, from €12 per person, payable locally). You can choose to eat it in thezipline's panoramic refreshment area, or take it away to enjoy by the sea if you decide to stop for a swim.

While waiting for your flight, you can also ask for an aperitif with snacks (10€ per person, payable locally), to be enjoyed in the shade of the wisteria and jasmine.
