Zipline flight at Pomaretto in the Germanasca Valley

Amidst the green mountains of Val Germanasca, just 1 hour from Turin, a pure adrenalin experience awaits you: a zipline flight 150 metres above the ground, during which you will reach 120 km/h.

With a state-of-the-art facility and a staff attentive to every detail, you will perform the activity in total safety: all you have to do is get ready for a liberating scream!

What we will do

The zipline is located in Pomaretto, in the Germanasca Valley, a green area surrounded by mountains exceeding 2,000 and 3,000 metres in some cases, which can be reached in about 1 hour's drive from Turin. Once you arrive at the meeting place, you will find a shuttle bus that will take you to the top of the zipline, where the departure station is located.

The staff will provide you with all thenecessary equipment and harness you securely to the pulley. At the start you will let go as you slide down the 800-metre steel cable that connects the starting point to the arrival point. During the flight you will be suspended 150 metres above the ground, surrounded by a breathtaking panorama of green forests and mountain peaks.

The zipline flight lasts about 1 minute and allows you to reach 120 km/h for a pure adrenaline sensation! Once at the arrival station, you will be exactly at the initial meeting point. For the entire activity, consider a commitment of about 45 minutes.

Who it is aimed at

This activity is open to everyone. No special requirements or preparation are required to fly ziplines. However, you must be between 50 and 120 kg in weight and between 145 and 200 cm in height.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their parents. From 16 to 17 years of age , a signed consent and a copy of the parent's ID are sufficient.

Attention! Please arrive at the meeting point approximately 30 minutes in advance.

This activity can be carried out on weekends from May to the beginning of October, weather permitting (in light rain, flying is permitted, but in the event of heavy storms and gusts of wind, the zipline service will be suspended). For groups of more than 10 participants, it is also possible to fly during the week.

You fly in the prone position, one at a time with departures every 5 minutes.

It is forbidden to carry personal items, including mobile phones and cameras, during the flight. However, you can purchase videos and photos of the flight in digital format and share them via WeTransfer or Whatsapp for €10: choose the"flight + photo and video" option when booking. The package also includes 2 printed photos (any additional printed photos can be purchased on site at a cost of €5 each).

For those who wear glasses, contact lenses are recommended.

As an alternative to the shuttle bus, it is possible to walk to the start station in about 30 minutes (in this case you must arrive at the meeting point at least 1 hour before the launch time; this option is not available for the first flight of the day).
