They say that being in contact with nature is the solution to every problem and this horse riding experience in the province of Perugia proves it!
Make friends with your horse by offering him a piece of fruit, then watch your equestrian guide groom and saddle him. Once he is ready, you can mount him and ride him through the beautiful Umbrian countryside.
Relaxation and fun are guaranteed!
What we will do
We will meet at the agriturismo in Rasiglia, a hamlet in the municipality of Foligno (PG). Our equestrian guide will be waiting for us here, who, after an initial welcome, will begin the activity.
The first 20 minutes of the experience will be devoted toapproaching the horse. We will become familiar with our valiant steed by offering him an apple or a carrot and watching the guide groom and saddle him.
Then we will mount the horse and set off on a walk of about 40 to 70 minutes, also suitable for first-time riders. It will be a fun experience, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the beautiful Umbrian nature and discover the fascinating world of horse riding! We will ride at a leisurely pace along woodland paths, skirt the Monotre river and ride as far as the centre of Rasiglia, before returning to the starting point.
The activity will last a total of 1 hour or 1 ½ hours depending on the option selected.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for ages 14 and up. Children under the age of 18 may participate if accompanied by a responsible adult.
Other information
The activity is available all year round and will be confirmed when a minimum of 2 participants are reached.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport , but there is plenty of parking space nearby.
American-style riding will be used during the activity. The guide will lead on horseback.
Any accompanying persons with dogs on a leash can wait at the farm.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
