Full description
Ifadrenaline is your faithful companion in adventure, then you can't miss our rafting descent down the Sesia river.
You will paddle on board an inflatable boat along a 7 km course where emerald green rapids alternate with placid little lakes, between overhanging gorges and rocks emerging from the river that become real natural trampolines.
Leave from the province of Vercelli, get on board and enjoy a pure fun experience along one of the most beautiful river routes in the Alps!
What we will do
The meeting is at the rafting centre in Mollia, in the province of Vercelli, where the instructor will be waiting for us.
We will have an introductory briefing, during which the guide will explain how to paddle and how to coordinate with the other participants to enjoy our experience in complete safety.
Once the theoretical part is over, a 15-minute transfer will take us to the entry point of the Sesia, which may vary depending on the river's water flow.
Off we go! We will have fun paddling along one of the most beautiful stretches of the Sesia, facing exciting rapids and calmer stretches of emerald green lakes. During the approximately one-and-a-half-hour route, there will also be the opportunity to dive into the cool waters of the river.
Once out of the water, the transfer will take us back to the starting point. Between briefings, transfers and activities, the total duration of the experience is about three hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is open to everyone from the age of 14. No previous experience is required, as long as you are in good health and have no heart disease. Swimming skills are required.
Other information
The descent is scheduled every day from April to mid-July, and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.
Pleasenote: the activity is strictly dependent on the weather and water levels in the river.
The rafting centre has a relaxation area with deckchairs, where any accompanying persons can rest in peace. There are also toilets, showers, changing rooms and a food track with sandwiches, burgers and drinks. The centre is not easily accessible by public transport.
The facility has 3 inflatable boats, which can hold up to 7 people each.
The helmets are equipped with GoPro attachments. It is not recommended to use mobile phones on helmets for videos and photos, except with waterproof devices. Upon request at an extra charge, the staff can organise a photo shoot.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
