A stay in a B& B surrounded by greenery awaits you in Taino, on Lake Maggiore. Here you can relax thanks to the quietness of nature and the splendid view of the Rocca d'Angera and Monte Rosa. And to fully recover your energy, you will take part in an exclusive SUP excursion with meditation!
Floating on the water, your only worry will be when to repeat the experience!
What we will do
The appointment is at the B& B in Taino (VA), where you can check in from 15: 00.
You will stay in a double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, bed linen and towels, courtesy set, hairdryer, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Breakfast is available on request (9€ per person) and is served in the large living room: a sweet and savoury buffet, with the possibility of adapting the products in case of intolerances. The B& B does not have an in-house restaurant, but some excellent places in the area will be suggested for dinner.
And after some relaxation at the B& B, you will travel independently to Angera, on Lake Maggiore, where you will participate in a SUP and meditation experience. This will be an exclusive activity of about 2½ hours, during which the instructor and mindfulness facilitator will dedicate himself to you. Together with him you can choose how to proceed, depending on your needs: you can learn or improve your paddling technique, focus mainly on breathing to let go of stress, or get familiar with the water if you are afraid of it.
If you wish, you can paddle to the small island of Partegora, a place full of natural charm, where you will carry out a meditation practice on the lake, immersed in the sounds of nature and guided by the voice of the instructor.
Check-out is by 10: 30 am.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is intended for adults.
The activity is not accessible to wheelchair users or those with walking difficulties.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable for a first experience of SUP and meditation. It is not necessary to know how to swim to participate.

The experience is available from June to August. Check-in will be possible from 15: 00 while check-out must be done no later than 10: 30.

The SUP and meditation experience is a private activity. Personal and valuable items can be left with the organiser, who will store them in a waterproof bag. Mobile phone use is not permitted during the activity for safety and involvement reasons; the instructor will not fail to take digital photos and videos of participants.
The breakfast buffet (both sweet and savoury) is not included but can be enjoyed by paying a supplement of 9 euros on site. In case of allergies or intolerances, it will also be possible to request alternatives in advance.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; free parking is available.
Dogs are not allowed.

What happens in case of bad weather?
The experiences included in the stay plus experience packages are subject to weather conditions. If the experience cannot take place due to bad weather or other causes of force majeure, you can choose between a refund for the experience that did not take place or rescheduling the activity for another date (if available). However, the stay cannot be refunded or rescheduled if the terms of the package cancellation policy have already expired.
Can I change the date selected for my stay?
