Team-building with a focus on balance
I was looking for a training session for myself and my colleagues that would be in line with the values of health, physical and mental wellbeing, as well as with objectives more closely linked to the workplace. nThe mindfulness experience on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) was perfect: it combined reflections on listening to oneself, to the urban environment and to the group, whilst acknowledging the physical exertion but also the beauty of being together. Being on the water added a special dimension: the movement, the silence and the need to constantly find one’s balance made the experience truly special. Stefano was lovely!

Much more than just a yoga class!
A beautiful experience at sunset on the lake, with a perfect temperature and a very special atmosphere. The instructor was fantastic: well-prepared, clear in her explanations, nice and very good at involving the whole group. She made the experience enjoyable and suitable even for first-time participants. An activity that I absolutely recommend doing at least once in your life... even if you want to do it again! The only small note: the message indicated to ring or call if the gate was closed. Having found it open, we simply walked in and were shot for not ringing. Nothing serious, but perhaps a little more lightness at the reception would have been in keeping with the beautiful atmosphere of the experience. Super recommended!

Highly recommended
It was a good experience. Raffaele was very friendly and welcoming. This area of the lake is quiet and the scenery is beautiful. Once you get familiar with the board, it is quite easy to get going.
