Where would you go if you had a boat of your own?
In San Foca you can really find out: set sail without needing a licence and experience the sea as you have always dreamed. Reach Torre dell'Orso, the Faraglioni of Sant'Andrea and other beautiful places along the coast.
On board a 5.5-metre boat with a 40-hp engine, perfect for groups of up to 6 people, you can choose to go out for half a day or the whole day. The Salento is waiting for you at the helm!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in San Foca (LE).
On arrival you will be handed over the boat and receive all the instructions for driving it in total safety. Before departure, there will be a short test drive in the harbour so that you will feel at ease straight away.
You will sail on a 5.5-metre motor boat with a 40-hp engine, equipped with a sundeck with cushions, awning for shade, and a climbing ladder to make the most of every stop at sea. The boat does not require a licence and can carry up to 6 people.
You are free to choose your itinerary: sail along the beach of Roca Vecchia and admire the famous Grotta della Poesia from the sea, take a swim in front of the iconic Due Sorelle stacks at Torre dell'Orso, or dive at the foot of the Sant'Andrea stacks. If you choose the full day, you can go as far as the Mulino d'Acqua bay in Otranto, among the most beautiful in Salento.
When booking, you can choose between half-day (4½ hours) or full-day (10 hours) hire. At the end, you must return the boat to the port of departure: by 13:30 or 19:00 for the half-day; by 19:00 for the full-day.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit.
A licence is not required to drive the boat, but the driver must be over 18 years of age.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Other information
The boat can be hired from June to October and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
You can choose between half-day (9:00-13:30, 14:00-19:00) orfull-day (9:00-19:00) hire; in August only day hire is available. Please select your preference in the booking box.
Important: fuel is not included in the fee and will be payable on return according to consumption, either in cash or by card.
Food and drinks are allowed on board.
Dogs are permitted.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport. Free and paid parking spaces are available in the area.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
