From Gallipoli, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca and Porto Cesareo sail and motor boats, dinghies and yachts sail daily, leading to the discovery of glimpses and hidden corners that constitute true pearls of the Salento peninsula.
Boat trips from Gallipoli head mainly to theisland of Sant’Andrea, a small island on the Ionian Sea where some wild rabbits have found habitats. The route usually continues, then, to other wonderful places such as Baia Verde or Punta Pizzo Bay, a wild and unspoiled area south of Gallipoli.
From Santa Maria di Leuca sail and motor boats set sail to discover Salento’s most famous caves and Cala Guardiola, which is difficult to access by land and therefore still unspoiled. From Santa Maria di Leuca you can also easily reach the Bay of San Gregorio where you can admire one of the most beautiful sunsets in Italy. Among the most peculiar legends that characterize the Salento caves is that of the Mesciu Scianni Cave, where it is said that a gentleman named Maestro Gianni went inside to retrieve stones with which he composed stupendous mosaics.

Alles, von Abwicklung bis Abgabe, einfach Perfekt! Man muss sich nur unbedingt daran halten, nicht näher als 150m ans Ufer bzw. die Felsen, zu fahren. Wer das nicht beachtet, wird von der freundlichen Wasserpolizei ermahnt! Zum Boot gibt es nur positives zu berichten, alles sauber, alles läuft und funktioniert tadellos. Wenn man in den Hafen wieder einfährt, wird man von jemandem an die Zapfsäulen gebracht, dieser erledigt das betanken, und man muss dann beim Tankstellenwärter bezahlen. Wir hatten 4 Stunden, und haben knapp die Hälfte des Tanks verfahren und haben 23€ bezahlt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Vielen Dank für das Erlebnis, die Küste selbst erkunden zu dürfen!nPS: wir waren als Familie dort, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Das Bott reicht aber locker für 6 Erwachsene.

Beautiful hike
We did, my husband and I, theTour by boat along the Ionian and Adriatic side in Santa Maria di Leuca lasting 3 hours and it seemed very little for the beautiful experience. Everything was perfect, from the booking to the information to reach the pier, from the welcome to the professionalism of Captain Antonio who accompanied us with perfect explanations of the entire coastline and caves and great experience in guiding the boat. All this was accompanied by 2 baths in the wonderful waters and a final aperitif. What can I say, we would do it again every day, highly recommended.

Wir haben Livios Boot für einen halben Tag gemietet und können ihn nur weiterempfehlen. Das Boot ist sehr modern und gepflegt, hat ein Sonnendach, mehrere Sitzmäglichkeiten und eine kleine Liegefläche vorne.nLivio hat sich die Zeit genommen das Boot zu erklären und gute Anweisungen für die Fahrt zu geben.nnDer Ausflug vor die Küste war traumhaft und man konnte immer wieder Ankerlegen zum Schwimmen. Das Meer war klar und blau und hier und da waren ein paar Fischchen zu sehen.nWir waren 4 Personen und hatten gut Platz auf dem Boot.

Come on Antonio and his staff
Wonderful sailing trip around the coast, including pleasant stops for diving into the sea and swimming visits to caves. We recommend goggles and masks to see the wonderful fish on the seabed. A round of applause to Antonio and staff who made the excursion unique with interesting stories and explanations, and an excellent aperitif followed by tomato and mussel pasta and pepata di cozze for lunch. Fresh water for rinsing off the salt, changing rooms for changing, an atmospheric hammock on deck, and top-notch cleanliness.

Excellent service
From the moment of booking everything went well. Immediately after booking I receive a confirmation email with Mauro's phone number who is always quick in answering. The tour is very pleasant. Two and a half hours along the coast between San Foca and Sant'Andrea. Two bathroom stops of about half an hour (Torre Dell'Orso and Sant'Andrea). The boat is a very comfortable 8-metre boat, unlike other proposals in the area that use dinghies. Mauro is very helpful, organised and friendly. Highly recommended.

Spectacular tour, in a few minutes it turned into a day on a boat with friends, we had a great time like crazy, Davide and Alessandro are two very nice and competent guys, we visited breathtaking places thanks to the advice of the captain and the second. We ate, drank, danced and had a lot of laughs. We all got on so well together that at the end of the tour we continued the evening until late at night, stopping at the port to reload the beautiful sailboat with food and drink. Highly recommended.
