Full description
Immerse yourself in the magic of the Gallipoli coastline with a 3-hour boat tour.
You'll first head to the beautiful island of Sant'Andrea, surrounded by a sea so pristine that you won't be able to resist the temptation to dive off the boat and admire the seabed while snorkelling.
After the first stop, you will reach the bay of Punta Pizzo, with its clear sand and turquoise water, perfect for another refreshing swim. On board you can also enjoy a delicious aperitif with prosecco and typical Apulian specialities.
What we will do
We will meet in Gallipoli 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
From here we will set sail in our gozzo towards theIsland of Sant'Andrea. We will be able to admire the beauty of the Gallipoli coastline until we see the lighthouse that dominates the small island. The blue sea around the island is perfect for snorkelling: we will be able to dive from the boat to admire the seabed, which alternates between rock and sand and is populated by fish, corals and seaweed.
After stopping at the island of Sant'Andrea, we will head towards Punta Pizzo, a beautiful bay bathed by crystal-clear water of an intense turquoise colour and consisting of a pale sandy beach. The bay is protected by a lush pine forest with myrtle, orchids and strawberry trees and is part of the Regional Natural Park of Sant'Andrea Island. Punta Pizzo is also perfect for children, who can swim in perfect safety.
Swimming stops will last 30-40 minutes each. After the swim, on board we will enjoy a delicious aperitif with typical products such as focaccia pugliese and taralli, accompanied by prosecco, water and fresh fruit.
The tour will end with the return to Gallipoli, lasting three hours.
Who it is aimed at
The tour is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Up to the age of 16 , the presence of an accompanying adult is required.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Other information
The excursion takes place daily from June to September and is confirmed with a minimum number of 2 participants.
The boat used is a gozzo with a length of 7.5 metres. The gozzo is equipped with all comforts, from the awning to the sundeck, from the shower to the radio to the icebox. Snorkelling masks, doughnuts, life jackets, floats and swimming boards are also available on board.
The itinerary is subject to change depending on weather and sea conditions. If the weather prevents a stop at Sant'Andrea Island or Punta Pizzo, the gozzo will stop at the beaches of Gallipoli to allow participants to swim.
Dedicated options for aperitifs cannot be guaranteed in the case of participants with food allergies or intolerances.
Dogs are not allowed on board.
