Prepare to be smitten: Santa Maria di Leuca is ready to win you over with a dip in the Grotta degli Innamorati!
This one-and-a-half-hour boat tour will take you to the most beautiful ravines and caves on the Ionian coast: the Baia delle Sirene (Mermaids' Bay), the 'infernal' sounds of the Grotta del Diavolo (Devil's Cave ) and Punta Ristola, the famous heel of Italy, await you en route!

What we will do
The meeting point is 20 minutes before the time indicated in the booking at Santa Maria di Leuca (LE). Here our skipper will be waiting for us, ready to welcome us on board the boat(boat or dinghy depending on availability).
Having set sail from Santa Maria di Leuca we will head towards Punta Ristola, the famous heel of Italy, to explore the numerous caves on the Ionian side. These will include the suggestive Grotta del diavolo (Devil's Cave), with its 'infernal' sounds, the Baia delle Sirene (Mermaid's Bay ) named after the legend of the mermaid Leucasia, the Grotta del maestro Gianni (Master Gianni's Cave), the Grotta del fiume (River Cave ), the Grotta delle tre porte ( Cave of the three doors ) and the Grotta dei Giganti (Giants' Cave). Each place visited will be enriched with historical curiosities and anecdotes told by the skipper on board.
Finally, we will stop at the Grotta degli Innamorati, for a 20-30 minute swim stop where we can dive with snorkelling masks and immerse ourselves in the beautiful turquoise waters.
We will then return to port after a 1.5-hour excursion.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Children from 0 to 2 years old do not pay: please inform the organisers at the contact details indicated in your booking confirmation email.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible, but it is possible to request assistance for boarding persons with reduced mobility.

The tour takes place daily from March to November with a minimum of 2 participants.
The boat is a 7- or 8-metre dinghy or motor boat (depending on availability) with awning and cushions; fresh water shower is also available on some boats.
The itinerary and stops may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
Small dogs are allowed on board.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport and by car. Free or paid parking spaces are available on site.
