Full description
Today you woke up a bit of a sailor and a bit of a caver, and you're having an identity crisis. Don't worry: this tour will bring both your natures together.
Set sail on a3½-hour boat trip among the incredible sea caves of the Vieste coastline and fall in love with the Apulian sea.
From the Grotta Sfondata to the Grotta dei Due Occhi to the Grotta dei Contrabbandieri and the Grotta delle Sirene, you can count on it: you'll be left speechless by these wonders of nature!
What we will do
The appointment is at the port of Vieste (FG), 10 minutes before the time agreed at the time of booking.
Here we will meet our skipper who will immediately take us to the boat, motor boat or dinghy depending on availability.
We will start our excursion heading south, towards Mattinata. We will visit around a dozen sea caves and several bays, including the Grotta Sfondata, the Grotta dei Due Occhi, the Grotta Campana, the Grotta dei Contrabbandieri, the Grotta dei Pomodori and the Grotta delle Sirene.
These are unique places that hold incredible stories and legends, as well as different species of fish and sea birds to observe: together with the skipper and our crew, we will get to know them better and feel like real sea wolves.
We will have the opportunity to admire these wonderful caves from the outside or from the inside, on board our boat. We will then reach Baia delle Zagare in Mattinata. Along the way, depending on the weather and sea conditions and with the skipper's advice, we will choose a spot for a 30-minute bathing stop.
Finally, we will return to the starting point after a tour lasting a total of 3½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is open to all, with no age limit. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Children from 0 to 4 years old do not pay: inform the organisers of their presence after the booking confirmation.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible .

The activity is available every day from April to October and is confirmed with a minimum of 6 participants.
The itinerary may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
The boat is a 7 m motorboat or dinghy, with safety equipment, awning and ladder.
Dogs of all sizes are allowed on board.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport. On-site parking is available for a fee.
