Full description
Enjoy a wonderful boat tour along the Ionian coast of Salento and admire the beautiful coastal landscape as it gradually becomes tinged with the colours of sunset.
Departing from Santa Maria di Leuca, you can visit some of the caves along the coast and dive for a swim in the crystal-clear waters.
At San Gregorio bay you will wait for the sunset: slowly the sun will disappear behind the horizon leaving a wonderful scenery for the last dive of the day.
What we will do
We will meet in Santa Maria di Leuca at 18:30, where we will meet our captain. Once we are all on board we will set sail in a westerly direction, towards the Ionian coast of Salento.
We will admire the many caves that characterise the coast, including the Grotta Fiume with its freshwater springs and the Grotta della Stalla rich in stalagmites. We will have the opportunity to take a dip in one of the caves we encounter to admire this spectacle of nature up close.
Back on board, we will head towards San Gregorio Bay, a natural inlet surrounded by cliffs. From here you can admire one of the most beautiful sunsets in Italy.
When the sun has disappeared over the horizon, it will have left behind wonderful hues that will make the water irresistible for one last dive. Back on board we will enjoy a delicious aperitif accompanied by a glass of bubbly.
In the meantime, the captain will reverse course to take us back to port, where we will return at 20:30.

The activity is open to all. The minimum age to embark is 1 year.

The activity takes place all year round, subject to weather and sea conditions, and is confirmed when there are at least 2 participants.
The boat available is an 8-metre boat with awning and cushions, which can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.
