Enjoy a2-hour canoe trip and immerse yourself in the beautiful Tiber-Farfa Nature Reserve.
Departing from Torrita Tiberina (RM), you will paddle in total tranquillity along the Tiber river on board a safe and capacious Canadian canoe.
You will experience the natural environment from an unusual perspective, moving away from the stress of the city and experiencing a new and exciting discipline. We are waiting for you!
What we will do
The meeting is at 10 a.m. in the centre of Torrita Tiberina, in the province of Rome. Upon our arrival, we will be welcomed by our guide, who will assign us our canoe.
We will then have a briefing on land, where we will be given all the basics, including paddling technique. After some practice in the water, we will be ready to go!
We will be on board a Canadian canoe, a safe craft with which it is impossible to get wet, thanks to its comfortable raised seat and single side paddle. In the company of our guide, we will paddle for about an hour and a half along the Tiber river, moving slowly with the strength of our arms.
We will paddle up the river current in the heart of the Tevere-Farfa Nature Reserve, among herons and marsh plants. We will then reach a bend resembling a large , warmly coloured lake , and finally return to the starting point. The activity will last about 2 hours in total.

The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 5.

Attention! Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the activity.
The activity can be booked every weekend from April to October, weather permitting, and is confirmed once 2 participants are reached.
Important: the fee is per person. Up to 3 adults or 2 adults and a minor may board each canoe.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
