Immerse yourself in the typical landscape of the Valnerina by exploring the Forra del Casco and descending the torrent that runs through it.
Canyoning in the Forra del Casco is perfect for abseiling enthusiasts, as along the way you will encounter many spots from which to abseil.
You will try this fun and exciting water sport that allows you to come into close contact with nature.
What we will do
We will meet in Ceselli at 10:30 a .m. at the meeting point indicated in the booking confirmation email.
We will arrive at the base of the stream with our cars, after which we will walk for about 30 minutes to reach the mouth of the canyon. Here the guide will give us a briefing on safety and progression rules in the canyon and hand over the appropriate equipment and clothing to participate in the activity.
The canyon winds majestically for several metres through the rocky underbelly of the mountain and then suddenly opens up to a beautiful 30-metre waterfall. The typical activity of the canyoning route at Forra del Casco is abseiling: we will encounter many of them, all different and all giving us an adrenalin rush.
There will also be fun descents on the natural slides carved into the rock, the toboggans. For the duration of the route, we will be immersed in a cool environment that gives the Forra del Casco an aura of vitality.
We will stop at the base of the stream, where a few metres away we will find our cars. The duration of the canyoning route alone is approximately 3 hours, while the total duration of the experience is 4 hours , including transfers and the initial briefing.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is of medium difficulty, suitable for ages 13 and up. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
There are no special requirements, the important thing is not to be afraid of water, to be used to exercise and not to be noticeably overweight. It is not necessary to know how to swim.

The activity takes place every day from April to October and is confirmed when there are at least 2 participants.
During the activity, it is advisable to remove your glasses or provide yourself with a lanyard to reduce the possibility of losing them.
Long hair must be tied back during the activity.
