The canyoning is the ideal activity for those who want to experience a day of adventure and in contact with nature.
The Forra del Casco experience, in the heart of Umbria, will let you discover an evocative and enchanting gorge that is not accessible in any other way. The path consists of a series of rope descents that will take you up to a 28-metre waterfall, an authentic spectacle that will leave you speechless.
If you want to experience a sport unlike any other, this is the right opportunity to do so. We are waiting for you!
What we will do
The appointment is at 9:30 a.m. in Scheggino, in the province of Perugia. Upon arrival, we will be welcomed by our guides, who will provide us with all the necessary technical material (included in the fee).
Once we are ready, we will embark on a trekking tour of about 30 minutes to reach the mouth of the Forra. Here, after a briefing during which the bases of canyoning will be explained to us, we will put on our wetsuits and the rest of the equipment to start the actual activity.
We will move along a vertical route, lasting about 4 hours and featuring a series of suggestive rope descents. The most beautiful descent will be along a 28-metre-high waterfall, a spectacle that will leave us breathless.
Certified guides will accompany us throughout the entire route to teach us the basic techniques and ensure our safety. The return is scheduled for 4pm, for a total duration of 6 and a half hours.
The route will take us to the top of the mountain, where we will be able to enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains and the surrounding countryside.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is of medium difficulty, suitable for those with some previous canyoning experience. The minimum age to participate is 14.

The activity is available from April to October on the dates indicated on the calendar and will be confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 5 participants.

The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals.
