"There is a principle of magic among the obstacles of the heart'... but especially among those of the Forra di Pale canyon!
A stone's throw from Foligno (PG), in the heart of theUmbro-Marchigiano Apennines, hides a place where you can test your spirit of adventure. Between rope descents up to 30 metres, natural slides and dives, you will live an unusual experience accompanied by a guide.
The route will last about 4 hours, a memory forever!
What we will do
The meeting point is 10 minutes before 09:00 in Pale (PG), a few kilometres from Foligno, a very interesting area in terms of nature and landscape in theUmbro-Marchigiano Apennines.
On arrival, we will be welcomed by the guide, who will distribute the equipment: wetsuit, helmet and harness.
After a short briefing on progression and safety techniques, we will move from the town centre to walk to theentrance of the canyon a short distance away.
We will descend through the gorge, overcoming natural obstacles consisting of rocks and vertical walls.
The first part of the route will be more watery and includes the possibility of taking two dives from the rocks (optional). The second part will be "drier" and we will face seven rope descents, the highest from aheight of 30 metres.
Once the route has been completed, we will return to the meeting point with a 10-minute walk.
The activity will last about 4 hours in total (including briefing, route and walking).
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 13 and up; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
To participate in the activity, it is not necessary to know how to swim, but good aquatic skills are required.
The activity is not suitable for those suffering from vertigo and panic attacks.
The activity is of an easy level and suitable for a first canyoning experience.

The experience takes place from June to September and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.
The duration of the activity may vary depending on the number and experience level of the participants.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
There are no changing rooms on site. We recommend arriving with your swimming costume already on. We recommend leaving any personal items in the car.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
