Embark on an exciting and fun adventure in the beautiful scenery of the Rio Lasino in the Anzasca Valley (VB). Experience the thrills of canyoning on a route that will leave you speechless!
If you are one of the few who still don't know what it is, canyoning is a mix of trekking, mountaineering and water activities. It takes place in mountainous river areas and consists of descending along the course of a torrent between gorges and rock faces, abseiling with a rope, zip lines, diving into crystal-clear pools, short swimming stretches and natural slides.
Accompanied by an experienced guide, this activity is suitable for everyone, will entertain adults and children alike and will be a concentration of unique sensations that you will look forward to reliving!
What we will do
We will meet 15 minutes before the time indicated in the booking in Calasca-Castiglione (VB). From there we will all move together by shuttle to the canyon entrance. Once at the site, we will put on ourequipment and have a briefing on safety rules and progression techniques. After that, we will be ready to go!
The canyoning route on the lower stretch of the Rio Lasino has all the obstacles and characteristics typical of the discipline, although it is of low difficulty. There will be walls up to 10 metres high from which to abseil with a rope, rocky spurs from which to plunge into the cool, crystal-clear waters of the torrent and, finally, a very long 12-metre toboggan: a natural slide carved into the rock by the flow of water.
The course takes about three hours to complete. There will not only be obstacles to tackle, but also stretches along which you can walk relaxed and above water while admiring the beautiful, unspoilt nature of the area. The guide will provide thenecessary assistance at the most challenging points, ensuring a fun and enjoyable hike for all.
At the exit of the canyon we will meet the shuttle bus that will take us back to the base. The activity lasts a total of four hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is of an easy level and suitable as a first canyoning experience. No special skills are required; it is sufficient to be in good health.
Theminimum age to participate is 14 years.
For children under the age of 14, we recommend taking a look at the Canyoning Val Bianca route.
Other information
The activity can be booked from May to September in the morning or afternoon.
It is necessary to bring hiking or trainers shoes and a swimming costume for the activity, as well as a change of shoes and a towel.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
